At Dijitally we are partnering with a world-leading fintech brand who are transforming how marketing operates. The organisation is moving from manual execution to an AI-powered model where automation handles the build, and humans focus on strategy, architecture, and governance.
We're searching for a new Marketing Operations Specialist who can deliver today while helping design what comes next. In this pivotal role, you’ll sit at the centre of Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Engineering, ensuring campaigns run at scale, systems stay aligned, and the shift to AI actually works.
What You’ll Own
Strategy & Lifecycle
Design lifecycle journeys, nurture programs, and campaign architecture
Build segmentation, audience logic, and lead scoring models
Platforms & Integrations
Own Marketo configuration, architecture, and troubleshooting
Manage Salesforce sync, lead flow, and data integrity
Oversee integrations (LeanData, Goldcast, ChiliPiper, Contentful, etc.)
Set up new channels, tracking, and lead routing logic
Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance across global regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Maintain data quality, consent management, and attribution logic
QA & Delivery
Own final QA and campaign launches
Validate AI-generated outputs and handle edge cases
AI Transformation
Govern AI-driven campaign execution and workflows
Help transition to an automated, scalable operating model
Campaign Management
Campaign builds and reporting
Audience and segment management
Lead processing, scoring and routing
What You Bring
5+ years in Marketing Operations
Deep Marketo expertise + Salesforce experience
Strong lifecycle, segmentation, and lead management knowledge
Experience with integrations and troubleshooting complex systems
Understanding of compliance and data governance
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with automation and AI-driven workflows
